Free pick up and delivery: We currently* offer free pick up and delivery if you are located within 15km or Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club. We can also provide courier service for the safety and security of your precious memories outside this "free zone" for a nominal charge. Please feel free to talk to us. We pay return postage: We cover postage and handling charges while returning your goods. Lead Time: We aim to deliver the good in the shortest possible time yet adhering to our stringent quality control procedures. We will despatch your DVDs and CDs along with your original material within 4 working days. Product Status Emails: We can send emails on Tuesdays and Fridays to our customers informing them of their product status. Please make sure to put a tick mark for this option in the Order Form. Backup: We take extra care with your valuable collection
by securely keeping a digital backup for a 30 day period from the date
we ship your order back to you. This ensures that you have not lost anything
even in the case of the courier truck losing its load or any other misadventure.
